| I first heard of Vinehouse Essential some time ago, and since then have found their various publications very useful. Whilst working for a multinational I was asked to introduce a computer based appraisal system across the whole company (worldwide) and knowing some of the work that Nancy had done in the past felt that she would be able to help out with this.
