• Scheduling: Give a range of times and dates on the form, and we will get back to you with an appointment time for you to call.  
• Qualification: If Nancy feels that your business is outside her area of expertise she will decline the application and recommend other resources to you.
• Focus: This will be a full-tilt consulting session with nothing held back.  You will not be “strung along” in a thinly disguised sales pitch for consulting services.
• Fee: The 30 minute session is free, if you would like to continue after that the fee is £150 for the next half hour.
