Description
On this workshop you will discover:
- How to structure and facilitate learning for your team
- How to help others learn, rather than tell them
- How to deal with ‘difficult’ participants – preventing the problems as well as dealing with them if they do arise
- How to deal with people who know more than you do on a subject
- What you might be doing that is making things worse
- What to do to make it a lot easier
- The workshop is highly interactive and you will get plenty of opportunities to get your key questions answered.
I will also explain all the techniques I am using during the session. So you will both experience them and see how they work. A bit like learning how to do a magic trick, but much more exciting.
