How We Work

Our raison d'être is to make you MORE. More focused, more effective, more successful and happier into the bargain. We believe work should be enjoyable and fulfilling and that people should be treated well and with respect; establishing the conditions and environment for this to happen is where we come in.

We use the latest brain research to make sure that you receive the most effective solutions available. It also means that we can get the results you need faster than other consultants.

Step 1

We find out exactly what you need to achieve. Frequently clients approach us with problems, such as things they want to prevent or cure. They can often be sucked into the detail and dragged down by their problems. They find it easier to tell us what they don't want and what they want people to stop doing , rather than what they do want. In other words, they focus on the negative rather than the positive.

We help you to identify exactly what you want and need to achieve. Experience has shown us that it's really worth putting in effort at this stage because it considerably improves the results you get at the end.


Step 2

We investigate the issues and identify what we think it will be possible for you to achieve. This could involve talking to all the people involved, reading through your current material and reviewing it, or just talking with you.


Step 3

We propose a range of options , giving you timescales, budgets and likely outcomes. This could be anything from a short series of coaching sessions to a large project.

We are honest with you about the effort you will need to put in yourself. We can usually give you a number of options; we can train you, so that you can do some of the work yourself, or alternatively, you may prefer to hand the whole thing over to us. We don't promise to achieve miracles; we offer practical, commonsense solutions to complex people problems.


Step 4

We agree an action plan with you that will meet your needs and suit your individual requirements. This will include a way to measure progress to ensure you stay on track and flag up areas that may require modification should things change.


Step 5

We deliver the solution and measure the results . Working with you, we keep you up-to-date on progress and any issues that may arise along the way. We do our best to use methods that will make it easy for you to get it right. We'll do the difficult, specialised bits, leaving you to get on with your job.
