Books and ebooks are in pdf format - most computers already have software installed to read these, and you can get free apps for your ipad or smartphone to read pdfs.

Teleseminar recordings are pdf portfolio files which incude the mp3 audio files.  Once you have downloaded your purchase, just open the portfolio with Adobe Reader (again most computers already have this installed or if not it is available free from Adobe).
