Ordering

Contracts for consultancy services are made between the client and Vinehouse essential Limited.

Expenses

Where we incur expenses, they will be charged as follows:

Road travel - 50 UK pence per mile
Other travel and accommodation - At cost
Equipment hire - At cost
Venue hire - At cost

Payment terms

Our payment terms are 30 days net for consultancy.

Products such as booklets are for immediate payment.

We charge interest on late payments and those who pay late will not be entitled to bulk order discounts in the future.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel or postpone any training, coaching or consultancy which you have booked, please let us know as soon as possible. We charge for cancellation as follows:-

Over 8 weeks notice - Cost of expenses incurred
From 4 weeks to 8 weeks notice - 50% of fees and total cost of expenses incurred
Up to and including 28 days notice - 100% of fees and cost of expenses incurred

Once a telephone consultation/coaching session has been confirmed we will charge 100% of the fees if caller is late or does not call.

In the interests of both parties, we would prefer confirmation of all bookings in writing, with order number where applicable. We are happy to accept e-mailed confirmation.

Pricing

Whilst we make every effort to ensure that pricing displayed is accurate and up to date, we offer no guarantee that the pricing displayed is accurate. Furthermore, we reserve the right to change the pricing at any time.

The correct price for any product will always be displayed on web page. If it is different to any other price on the site, the price on this page is the correct one and this is what you will be charged.

We charge for all consultancy at £2000 + VAT/day

Bulk prices for booklets are:

1 - 19           £6.25
20 - 49         £6.00
50 - 99         £5.75
100 – 249    £5.50
250 – 499    £5.25
500 – 999    £5.00
1000 +         £4.50

These only apply if you pay on time.

General Delivery Information

We will endeavour to send your products the day or the day after they are ordered except for weekends and bank holidays.

Order Confirmations

We will confirm all orders by email.

Changes & Cancellations

We can accept changes to orders for products before they are dispatched, or in the case of specially printed materials (with company logos and specific alterations) before they are printed. In the case of specially modified materials there will be a charge for any changes after the final proof has been agreed.

Returns and Non Delivery

Occasionally some packages can be delayed or even undelivered by the courier. Please contact us as soon as you have any concerns about your parcel. The sooner we know the better. We will do our upmost to replace anything that is lost, but we cannot be held responsible for parcels which are undelivered or mis-routed due to incomplete or incorrect addresses given by the customer.

Money Back Guarantee

We guarantee that you will be satisfied with the products or services - if you are not satisfied we will refund you in full.

Downloading products

Please note that your ability to download listen to and/or view any downloadable content will depend upon having sufficient technical equipment, including connectivity and bandwidth available to you to properly download use the content. We are not able to specify particular requirements (which may vary) and are not responsible in any way for your ability to download and use content.

Accuracy of content and future modifications to web site

Whilst every effort is made to ensure accuracy, Vine House essential Ltd cannot accept responsibility for errors and/or opinions expressed by contributors. We reserve the right to make changes to document names and content, product specifications, or other information without obligation to notify any person of such changes.
